"I Just Feel Like Listening"
The video above is a video I made for a Stoner.Boston. Stoner.Boson is something my husband and I do for fun. It also is proof of concept for our other business Kief Studio. I had a lot of fun making this! I doodled this little speaker one day while I was winding down for the night. I like to keep a notebook by my bed to make sure that I draw everyday. This doodle took me a few minutes to make. I sketched it in pencil and then uploaded the sketch into adobe Illustrator. From there I used illustrators amazing tools to make this cute little speaker. I then took the footage from making this in illustrator and edited the footage in adobe after effects and adobe premiere. I loved every part of the process!
"Bright Beginnings," A digital painting of a bunny.
Creating digital artwork, such as the bunny painting shown in the video, is a passion of mine. While I have a deep-rooted love for traditional sketching, the digital realm offers a unique and exciting experience. Working with layers, having the ability to easily undo mistakes with CTRL Z, and zooming in for intricate details are some of the aspects that draw me to digital art.
When I begin a new piece, I often turn to Sketchbook Pro as my go-to tool. This software provides a seamless canvas rotation feature, a minimalist user interface that keeps me focused, and convenient shortcuts like the brush puck that enhance my creative flow. One standout feature for me is Sketchbook Pro's blur tool, which I find more user-friendly and precise compared to Photoshop's blur options. In the world of digital art, using brushes to achieve desired effects is essential, and Sketchbook Pro excels in this aspect.
